Star trails over a thunderstorm being lit up by lightning from within
Locked shutter open to let lighting flashing within the clouds illuminate the entire storm.
Tried 3 different shots of increasing length - this one was the longest and best
Several minutes exposure time and many lightning flashes within the storm
These three lightning shots over Black Mesa were the night before Okie-Tex 2003
They were taken from the covered patio of the main bunk house at Camp Billy Joe by
locking the shutter open until the lightning flashed.
